Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive Health Care benefits starting from the first day of employment. We offer both HMO and PPO medical plans, dental insurance, and a tax-free Flexible Spending Account for medical expenses.

 
Life and Accidental Insurance

Through Guardian, life insurance benefits are equal to the covered employee's annual base salary at minimum and maximum levels (up to $50,000). PPS also provides employees with short/long term disability insurance, worker’s comp, and liability insurance.

Holidays & Vacation Time

In addition to flexible work arrangements, full time employees enjoy fifteen days of paid time off (PTO), six regular and two floating paid holidays each year. Upon five years of service, employees enjoy twenty days of PTO each year. PTO can be carried over to the next year, limited to two times the annual PTO benefit.
