CMMI Maturity Level

Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) is a model for development organizations developed by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI). CMMI is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance. CMMI can be used to guide process improvement across a project, a division, or an entire organization. It helps to integrate traditionally separate organizational functions, to set process improvement goals and priorities, to provide guidance for quality processes, and to provide a point of reference for appraising current processes.

In 2009, PPS InfoTech LLC proved our commitment to high quality and process improvement when we were appraised at Maturity Level 3 for Development, providing evidence that we had established well-defined, repeatable and effective organizational processes that can be broadly grouped as Project Management, Engineering, Support and Process Management.

In May of 2012, PPS received a positive appraisal, and most recently, in May 2015, we once again earned a positive appraisal, again increasing our commitment to continuous process and quality improvement.
